Please enter the client’s first, preferred (if relevant), family name along with their phone number, email address and identification number.

Optionally, Select their preferred personal pronouns afterwards.

Please double-check the phone number and email address - these will be used to remind the client about the day/time of their appointment.

What services does your client require?

In the following section; please tick all boxes that apply. Future appointments can be made for the less-urgent tasks. If a CV is the purpose of the appointment, please provide as many referees as possible, if you know them.

Click “Next” at the bottom of the page to go to step two - selecting a date and time for your client’s booking.


Booking slots

The first drop-down list chooses the location - at this point, 213 Lichfield street is the only option on this list.

The second drop-down list shows you all the booking slots available at present. Select one that suits your client’s schedule.

The last drop-down list will have all the different boxes you ticked on the previous page as to why this client is coming to see us. Please ensure the most important reason is chosen first; we can arrange future appointments for the other tasks.

Finally, if there is any other information you think we should be made aware of, please type it in the text box below this. Click submit when done, and you will be shown a summary page with the booking information.

Clients will receive automated reminder text messages at the time of the booking to confirm the appointment and at 2 pm the day before the the appointment, and a $32 charge is still incurred if the client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time or does not attend.
